在千载难逢良机的同时，也面临着多重困境和危机。如何使城市的历史得以延续，城市的特色通过城市更新更突出，是我们首先需要考虑的问题。

徐州位于苏鲁豫皖交界处，是自古以来的兵家必争之地，地理位置重要。她有着悠久历史，几千年来经历了社会的变迁，经济的发展，以及战争的洗礼。徐州城历尽沧桑，而老建筑——这一见证城市历史发展的主要物质形态，却在城市发展与更新之中渐渐逝去。

城市更新目标应以城市整体功能结构调整为基础，由过去单纯注重城市物质空间的改善转向关注城市竞争力、城市人居环境、社会全面进步的综合目标。通过城市更新，赋予老街区新的功能，培育内生性的经济发展动力，为市民提供生活休憩和文化记忆的场所，同时最大限度的发挥地块的经济和社会潜力，使物质结构和功能衰退的老街区，重新焕发活力。

本设计所涉及的街区位于徐州市老城中心，如图所示。鼓楼区因鼓楼得名，原为徐州市第一区，始建于1938年5月。在日本帝国主义侵占徐州后建立了日伪政权，将徐州城区划为四个行政区，今鼓楼区即当时的第一行政区。

调研街区内现存四座院落，是日本人统治徐州时期所建，并作为当时日本人的宪兵队、司令部和银行使用。解放后这里归人民政府所有，现在被不

同的单位占用。由于年久失修，现在建筑本身状况较差，有一栋建筑面临被拆除的危险。

通过实地调研，分析整个街区的现状，在此基础上，赋予日建建筑新的城市功能，并根据新功能，作出相应的建筑改造设计。 本次设计的任务具体如下： 1．现状调查和分析 2．土地利用规划

摘 要

本设计的题目为“旧城·时光浩韵——徐州市双拥碑广场街区更新改造暨建筑单体设计”。旧城改造是当代城市发展中难以回避的问题。一方面，旧城区很大一批历史街区和特色建筑在经济发展大潮的冲击下受到破坏。另一方面，由于旧区的居民居住的房屋多数年久失修，基本生活设施不配套，周边环境质量较差。多数居民有着较迫切的旧城拆迁改造的要求。本次课题研究就是在这个大的背景上进行的。

本设计所涉及的旧城街区位于徐州市中心区，被淮海东路、宣武路、民主南路及青年路所夹。该区域东临徐州市火车站，南靠徐州市市委，北临城市主干道淮海东路。街区内的文化路上现存四座院落，是日本人统治徐州时期所建，为徐州现存规模最大的日式建筑群。是本次更新设计的重点。

我们对徐州市双拥碑广场街区及历史建筑进行了分类调研，通过作笔记、采访、拍照、测量、手绘等方法，对此地块作了认真、细致的调研。结合调研完成了规划改造方案及单体的改扩建设计。

改造后的街区以抗日战争纪念馆为主题，以开场空间为环境氛围，以内外广场为组织串联，开发具有历史特色的城市街区。并充分利用地块的历史和文化资源，打造富有内涵的餐饮休闲街区，带动旧城的繁荣，提供市民一块缅怀历史，感受生活的新天地。
