在线监测带来的变化 Changes Brought About by On-line Monitoring

实现定期计划检修向状态检修的转变,实时掌握设备特性状态,按需维修,避免设备过度维修和带故障运行。

根据需要可将设备状态上传至集中控制室,远方监测断路器状态。

Change regularly scheduled maintenance overhaul to the state maintenance, real-time status of device characteristics by demand maintenance, to avoid excessive equipment maintenance and with trouble-free operation.

According to the requirement, device status can be uploaded to a central control room, remote monitoring the status of circuit breaker.

合闸平均速度反映着机构灵活性,同时通过平均速度可以发现合闸能量的变化,如果是弹簧机构,则可能是因为合闸弹簧的刚度降低造成

Monitoring Project: The average speed of

average closing speed reflects the flexibility of mechanism, which can find the change of closing energy by the average speed; it may be caused due to the decreased stiffness of closing spring if it is spring mechanism.

监测项目:断路器刚合速度

可以精确计算出断路器在刚合瞬间的合闸速度,刚合速度过低,在关合短路故障时容易发生触头熔焊

断路器开距过小影响真空断口绝缘水平,也有可能造成断路器短路开断后的重燃,开距过大会影响真空灭弧室波纹管伸缩长度,从而降低真空灭弧室寿命
