治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

[摘要]?目的?探讨盐酸氮卓斯汀结合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。 方法 选择我院2015年3月～2016年9月收治的81例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为观察组（41例）与对照组（40例），对照组患者应用盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗，观察组采用盐酸氮卓斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗，对两组患者治疗后疗效、症状变化、炎症因子等进行观察。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%，与对照组80.00%相比，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者症状评分无明显差异（P ＞0.05），治疗后，观察组症状评分较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者血清炎性因子水平无明显差异（P ＞0.05）治疗后，观察组IL-6、TNF-α较对照组低，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。 结论 盐酸氮卓斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎效果满意，可快速缓解临床症状，也能控制炎性因子水平，利于远期预后，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect observation of azelastine hydrochloride tablets combined with budesonide nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis HE?Biyun

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of azelastine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 81 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected as research object, and they were randomly pided into observation group (41 cases) and control group (40 cases) by the random number table method. Patients in control group were treated with azelastine Hydrochloride, while patients in the observation group were treated with azelastine Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray. Then,the clinical effect, symptom changes and inflammatory factors of two groups were observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.12%, compared with the control group of 78.05%, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After the treatment, the symptom score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After the treatment, the IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The effect of azelastine Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis are satisfied, which can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms, and also control the level of inflammatory factors. It is conducive to long-term prognosis, thus it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical.

变应性鼻炎是一种发病率极高的耳鼻喉科疾

病，其患病率高达8%～28%，且呈逐年上升趋势，

成为全球共同关注的健康问题[1]。经相关研究发

现[2]，变应性鼻炎患者生活质量显著较健康人群低，

可能与变应性鼻炎具有复发性相关。因此，治疗变

应性鼻炎需快速消除症状，也需要改善患者远期预后。盐酸氮卓斯汀是临床常用变应性鼻炎治疗药物，具有抗炎及抗组胺双重作用，但是单用于变应性鼻炎患者临床治疗中的价值尚存在争议[3]。本研究为探讨变应性鼻炎最佳治疗方案，分别对患者单用盐酸氮卓斯汀与联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗，现报道如下。
