心理学家丁瓒先生说:“人类的心理适应最主要的就是对人际关系的适应。所以,人类的心理病态主要是由于人际关系的失调而来。”人际关系问题、课业负担过重、生活上的挫折、择业上的心理误区等等都是导致大学生心理障碍的主要因素。所谓心理问题,就是近期发生的、内容比较局限而尚未泛化、反应强度不甚剧烈,未能严重影响思维逻辑的、暂时的心理不适。随着改革开放的深入,人们的经济生活、价值观念、思维方式、人际关系趋向多元化,使正处在走向成熟又未完全成熟阶段的大学生不停地进行思考、选择和探索,从中产生不同的心理问题。
