摘 要

本设计是在江苏省徐州市铜山县建一条φ4.8Х72m旋窑新型干法水泥生产线。在设计过程中，我参考了很多的实际例子，并且结合理论经验数据。但是还是有很多缺点存在，所以望谅解。其中主要设计内容有1. 厂址选择：厂址选择工作是一项综合性工作，需要有关专业有经验的技术人员参加。2. 全厂布局：厂址选择好以后就是全厂布局阶段了，全厂布局的好坏会影响到水泥生产的流程。3. 窑的选择：在选择窑的过程中，我运用经验理论公式算出窑型，同时我也查找了实际厂家的情况，最后我综合两者定出我的窑型。 4. 物料平衡计算：按照经验公式（水硬率、石灰石饱和系数、硅酸率、铝氧率）计算，得出恰当的率值为：KH=0.9、n=2.6、p=1.6。5. 生产车间工艺设计及主机设备选型：主机的选型在水泥生产过程中是重要的环节，选型的主要依据就是物料平衡计算的结果。6. 物料的储存和均化：库的选型，堆场的计算在这里均有介绍。7. 重点车间设计：在这一章里，我介绍了重点车间的布置和选型。我设计的主要车间就是生料粉磨车间。8. 附属设备选型：附属设备包括，斗提，输送机，风机等设备。设备虽小，但是在生产过程中也是不可缺少的。

ABSTRACT

This projet is in JiangSu province XuZhou TongShan country blue Mt.Longshan newly built Phi 4.8×72m new violates the law the production line cement plant. In the design process, I have referred to very many actual examples, and union theory empirical data. But has very many Shortcoming existence, therefore looks forgiveness. Under I introduce my design mentality.1. Factory site choice:The factory site choice work is a comprehensive work, needs to concern the specialized experienced technical personnel to participate.2. Entire factory layout:The factory site will choose good later is the entire factory layout stage, the entire factory layout quality could affect the cement production flow.3. Kiln choice:In chooses the kiln in the process, I utilize the experience theoretical formula to figure out the kiln, at the same time I also searched the actual factory situation, finally I synthesize two decide on my kiln. 4. Mass balance computation:According to the empirical formula (hydraulic index, limestone saturation coefficient, silicic acid rate, alumina rate) calculates,obtains the appropriate rate value is: KH=0.9, n=2.6, p=1.6.5. Production workshop technological design and main engine equipment shaping:The main engine shaping in the cement production process is the important link, the shaping main basis is the mass balance computation result.6. Material storage and equalization: The storehouse shaping, the dump site computation has the introduction in here. 7. Key workshop design:In this chapter, I introduced the key workshop arrangement and the shaping. I design the main workshop is the crude material powder turns a cart around. 8. Appurtenance shaping:The appurtenance includes, fights raises, conveyer, equipment and so on air blower. The equipment although is small, but in the production process also is essential.
