智能化楼宇计算机网络设计与研究

摘 要

随着信息与通信技术的发展，建筑物内信息的采集、交换、传输、处理和共享也向网络化、智能化、集成化方向发展。智能楼宇它以最优化的设计为人们提供了一个高效、舒适、安全、便利快捷的环境空间。各种成熟的楼宇自控、安保、信息通信产品和设备，利用网络技术将它们连接起来，通过计算机软硬件组态和设计，构成一个完整的智能建筑解决方案。智能楼宇作为信息高速公路的主要节点，其智能化程度越来越高。其本质在于将原来建筑物内相互独立的设备、资源、服务、管理、功能借助于计算机网络和综合布线技术集成为一个相互关联、协调统一的楼宇自动化大系统，实现信息、资源、任务共享。而计算机网络是智能楼宇信息传输的“神经中枢”，在智能化系统中占有重要地位。

本文主要对计算机网络的发展现状、智能楼宇和综合布线系统设计标准等进行了探讨，并在此基础上设计了智能楼宇的计算机网络方案和综合布线方案，以网络拓扑结构图和布线系统图的方式给出。

Abstract

With the development of information and communication technology,the

collection, exchange, transmission, disposal and share of information in the building are developing in the tendence of network, intelligence and integration. The

intelligent building it with optimizing design provide people with a high efficiency, comfortable, safe, convenient and fast environment space. All kinds of mature building automation, security, information communication product and equipment, use network technology connect them up, through the computer software and hardware configuration and design, constitute a complete intelligent building

solutions. Being the main node of the informational freeway, intelligent degree of the intelligent buildings is higher and higher. The intelligent building it with optimizing design provide people with a high efficiency, comfortable, safe and convenient fast the essence lies in the original buildings independent of each other equipment, resources, service, management, function by computer network and the

This thesis mainly study the condition of development of computer network, intelligent building and standard of design of comprehensive cabling system. Basing on these, I design the computer network scheme and comprehensive cabling scheme of the intelligent building C, provided by the means of the topological structure of network and drawing of cabling systems.

第一章 绪论

1.1引言

信息通讯技术的不断发展推动社会各行各业的迅速发展,而信息通讯技术与建筑技术的结合——智能建筑的出现第一次将人类带到了一个现代化的生存环境。智能建筑，即具备智能系统的楼宇或楼宇群。它集成了当今计算机网络技术、通信技术、自动控制技术、建筑技术、环境工程等技术的精华，不仅仅带给人们安全、高效、舒适的生活和工作环境，更重要的是将人们真正带到了信息的海洋中，智能楼宇中的用户可以利用先进的通信手段获得世界各地的信息，与世界各地的人交流，从而使得人与人之间的时空距离不断缩短，这时人们会体会到信息化给他们在工作、生活、学习上带来了极大的便利。
