基于PLC的智能皮带机传输系统
摘要
PLC以其高可靠性、适应工业过程现场、强大的网络功能等特点,广泛应用于各种生产。工艺过程。可以实现顺序控制、数据采集、分散控制集中管理,是实现机电一体化的重要手段和发展方向。在发电厂、热电厂中所采用的大部分燃料是煤,输煤系统在电厂中有着极为重要的地位,一旦不能正常工作,发电就会受到影响,在电厂运行过程中,为按时保质保量为机组(原煤仓)提供燃料,以保证机组稳发满发,需要及时、准确的输送燃料。同时可减少人力、提高自动化水平。由此可见输煤控制系统在火电厂中占有重要地位
基于PLC的智能皮带机传输系统(火电厂输煤控制模拟系统)的控制对象主要包括三部分:
一、由三台皮带传送机构成的顺控系统,模拟火电厂的上煤系统和配煤系统;
二、带有四组光电传感器的模拟煤仓,根据反馈信号调节步进电机控制煤位;
三、热电偶、热电阻及温度仪表组成的模拟锅炉控制系统;
该模拟输煤系统采用两层网络结构,以太网和设备网。系统的控制与监视功能全部在PLC上实现,同时,PLC通过以太网连接到控制计算机上,通过上位机对系统实现监视与控制。设备网上接powerflex40变频器。在上位机上对PLC进行编程和组态。编程软件采用
RSlogix 5000,编程方式为梯形图编程。人机界面的设计采用RSview Studio软件。

Abstract
With the continuous increasing energy demands that mainly provided by coal resources, more and more attention has been brought forward to the conveying control simulation system in order to improve the transportation efficiency and service quality. Meanwhile, PLC is widely used in various production processes for its high reliability, adaptation to industrial control and the powerful
network function characteristics etc. Conveying coal control system can realize sequence control, data acquisition and optimize the centralized management with the help of PLC, which is of vital importance to Electromechanical Integration. Consequentially, the paper designs an intelligent belt transmission system

(conveying coal control system) based on PLC. The main research are as follows:
First, a sequence control system made of three belt transmission machine is put into use to establish an accurate model for the entire process of coal conveying Simulation.
Secondly, with four groups of photoelectric sensor in simulation warehouse, this paper introduced an effective program to adjust stepper motor according to the feedback signal. Thus, the coal quantity in simulation warehouse can be controlled.
Lastly, thermocouple, thermal resistance and temperature instruments simulate the boiler control system.
Briefly, the whole system adopt Ethernet and Devicenet, the designed control and monitoring function are resolving completely by PLC. While, PLC connect the host computer via Ethernet connection ,a WINCC is used to make a detailed study on the system. Moreover, three powerflex40 converters are picked on Devicenet. Therefore, the programming and configuration for PLC are totally completed in host computer. To simulate the complicated process, RSlogix-5000 is used as programming Software (ladder-diagram programming), and the Human-machine
interface is designed by RSview Studio Software.
