Eg: I can only share this room with 3 other students.
我只能与另外三名学生共住这个房间。
3、This is a person you can rely on when you need help.
rely on “信赖......”或“依靠......”
Eg: we can only rely on our teachers in English study.
在英语学习中我们只能依靠老师。
句子中you can rely on when you need help.是省略了关系代词whom 的定语从句,修饰先行词a person.
4.This is a person to whom you are willing to lend a helping hand.(这是你愿意向他伸出援助之手的人)
be willing to do sth乐于做某事/愿意做某事
Tom is willing to help others.
lend a hand to sb.=lend sb.a hand向某人伸出援助之手
Eg:can you lend me a hand to clean these window.
你能帮忙把这些窗户擦了吗?
