maximum waterproof, light switch timer. The quantity of timers will be determined by the maximum allowable lighting fixtures per circuit, but it is recommended not to exceed eight fixtures per circuit.
4.10.2 Provide at least one externally mounted, waterproof GFCI convenience receptacle
to handle a minimum of 20A @ 120V, 60Hz (10A @230V, 50Hz).
至少提供一个外部安装的防水型漏电保护器,便于连接最低20A(120V,60HZ)或10A(230V,50HZ)。
4.10.3 Junction boxes should be weatherproof and all conduit penetrations should be
sealed airtight.

4.10.4 All electrical components, wiring, and terminals shall be tagged. High voltage
terminals shall be labeled as such. Internal power cabling shall be shielded.
所有电气配件,接线,端子应分类标识。高压端子同样需要分类标示。内部电缆应为屏蔽电缆。
4.10.5 Terminal box for the motor should install on the panel, the internal cable should be
finished by AHU supplier.
电机的端子盒应安装在面板上,内部接线须由空调箱厂家完成。
5. Air handling unit commissioning空调箱调试
5.1.1 All air-handling units shall have Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), which include
but not limited to leak, airflow, vibration, and condensate drainage as described below, witnessed by at least one ****(Consultant) representative and one ****(the owner) representative. ** and ** shall approve all testing procedures prior to testing. An FAT report shall be approved and issued. In addition, all AHUs shall have Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), which at a minimum should include leak, condensate drainage and vibration testing. An SAT report shall be approved and issued.
空调箱设备须进行FAT测试,该测试包括但不限于漏风率,风量,震动和排水。由至少一名**代表和**代表到场见证。测试流程须得到**和**的批准,并应提供FAT报告。所有的空调箱应进行SAT测试,该测试包括但至少不限于泄漏率,冷凝水排水和振动测试,并应提供SAT报告。
5.1.2 The manufacturer shall provide complete as-built document sets not limited to drawings, product cut-sheets, maintenance manuals, and all testing result reports (e.g., coils, fans, motors).

5.1.3 Total air leakage rate shall be no greater than ?% at 150% of the maximum
operational capability (negative or positive) total static pressures or 1.42 m3/min (50 cfm), whichever is greater, or the requirements stated in the EN 1886 standard, for the most severe “leakage class” operation. The most stringent leakage rate application shall apply. Performed during FAT and SAT.
在150%运行工况下(正压或负压),机组的最大泄漏率不得大于0.5%或1.42立方米/每分钟(50立方英寸/每分钟),或满足EN1886标准中的描述的允许泄漏等级。FAT和SAT期间进行测试。
5.1.4 Fan airflow performance tests shall be conducted to meet 100% of its anticipated
operating requirement and its maximum operational capability for volumetric flow and static pressure conditions. Performed during FAT.
风量测试应按照100%的运行工况进行,以测试风机的最大运行能力,包括风量和静压值。FAT期间进行测试。
5.1.5 The AHU shall operate from 30% of its anticipated operating requirement to its
maximum operational capability without causing adverse vibration. Vibration testing shall conform to ANSI/AMCA Standard 204, \Vibration Levels For Fans” and have a maximum balance and vibration BV-4
category. The vibration limits shall be 2.5 mm/s (0.10 ips) for rigid mounted (direct driven) fans and 3.8 mm/s (0.15 ips) for flexibly mounted (belt driven) fans. The balance quality grade for impellers/wheels shall be no greater than G2.5 mm/s (0.10 ips), ANSI S2.19 (ISO 1940) “Balance Quality of Rigid Bodies”. Balance readings shall be taken by electronic type equipment in the axial, vertical, and horizontal directions on each of the bearings. Performed during FAT and SAT.

5.1.6 An airflow velocity grid profile test shall be conducted on the downstream side of
the cooling coil to verify uniformity across the coil when fan is operating at its maximum operational capability. Performed during FAT.

5.1.7 All electrical equipment shall be powered to confirm proper operation (e.g., lighting, Photohelic gauges, and motors). Performed during FAT.

6. Air handling unit installation空调箱的安装
The AHU supplier should transport the AHU sections from the factory to the site, the general contractor will take the responsibility to move in the sections to AHU plinth location, then the AHU supplier will do the assemble work of the AHU sections.
空调机组的供应商运输分段运输机组设备至现场,总包方负责搬运至空调箱基础位,之后由空调箱供应商负责现场空调箱的组装工作。
The daily management of the AHU after installation is the general contractor work scope.
The commissioning of the HVAC system is the general contractor work scope. 空调箱安装之后的日常管理工作由总包方负责,HVAC系统的调试亦为总包方的工作范围。
6.1.1 Prevent ingress of foreign matter and moisture during transport and storage.
运输及存储期间须防止外部异物及湿气进入空调机组。
