8. MISCELLANEOUS其他要求

8.1.1 All AHUs should be thoroughly cleaned with alcohol prior to shipment, ready for

clean room operation. Coils should be thoroughly drained and cleaned to be free of any residual oil on the tubes and fins.

空调设备在运输及正式投入洁净室运行之前，必须用酒精进行全面的清洁。盘管必须放空并清洁翅片及铜管上的油污。

8.1.2 All AHU's should be sealed in plastic shrink-wrap and include a desiccant material

where AHU will be shipped to humid climates or will experience high humidity levels.

空调箱的包装应考虑空调机组将被运送到高湿环境或所能预计的高湿水平条件下，应采用防水的热缩膜材料密封。

8.1.3 Permanent non-deteriorating labels should be attached to the exterior of the AHU,

which supplies all internal component information (i.e., motor nameplate, coils, fans, humidifiers, etc.), along with a label identifying, at a minimum, the project name and number, AHU number, manufacturer’s serial number, and date of manufacture. Sections with fans and moving parts shall have warning signs

“ISOLATE BEFORE ENTRY” affixed to doors. AHUs manufactured for Europe should have a CE mark (Conformite Europenne). A CCC label should be placed on all electrical devices.

永久性且不易被破坏的标签应表示在机组外部，并包括如下信息，例如电机铭牌，盘管，风机，加湿器等等，并提供最少能够识别项目名称和编号，空调箱的编号，生产商的序列号及生产日期的标签。风机或其他含有运动部件的段体应在检修门上标示“进入前请确保已短路”。出口欧洲的空调箱须有CE标志，所有的电器设备标示CCC标志。
