摘 要

招标控制价是根据国家或省级、行业建设主管部门颁发的有关计价依据和办法，按设计施工图纸计算的，对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。招标控制价包括分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其他项目费、规费、税金。

随着我国建筑市场的不断发展和日益繁荣，对建筑工程招投标市场的管理也趋于规范化和专业化。招标控制价作为工程招投标过程中一个重要组成部分，能有效控制项目投资，增加了招标过程的透明度。

本设计是以自贡市综合办公楼工程项目为编制对象，在充分研究和熟悉图纸的基础上，编制完成该项目土建部分的招标控制价编制。按照国家颁布的现行计价规范、四川省计价定额、相应的规程规定以及本工程的建筑与结构施工图纸、说明、选用的图集及说明，套用综合单价计价模板，编制出本工程的招标控制价，并列出招标控制价、工程量清单计价表以及综合单价分析表。最后，依据以上内容对本设计进行经济技术分析。

ABSTRACT

In accordance with the issued by the state of the current valuation standard, Sichuan Province valuation quota, the corresponding rules and the engineering construction and construction drawings, description, selection of atlas and instructions, apply comprehensive unit price valuation template, the preparation of the project bidding price control, standard control price, engineering quantity list valuation table moves parallel and comprehensive unit price analysis table.
