六、教学过程:

Step 1. Warm up

Divide the students into 4 groups, and have a competition. R

eview the present participle.

Teacher: Let’s have a competition. There are 4 groups in class.

Group One, Group Two, Group Three and Group Four. Look at the screen.

Change the verbs into the ing form. If one student’ answer in your

group is right, your group can get a flag. Let’s see which group is

the winner.

设计意图:从已知的现在分词进行导入,从而降低学生的学习难度;通过小

组竞赛,使孩子思维快速进入紧张状态,以便孩子快速进入角色。

Step 2. Check out the preparation of the past continuous tense. Let students

learn the usage of he past continuous tense by themselves.

设计意图:检查预习,体现学生自主学习的过程,也体现“先学后教”的教

学方式。

Step 3. Learn 1a on Page 69.

(1) Watch the flash, and answer some questions. (通过视听手段对一般现在时

有个整体感知,并通过问题来反馈他们听的情况。)

(2) Read the dialogue as different roles, and then follow the voice from

flash. (熟悉对话,检查学生读的语音语调;跟读对话,目的是模仿录音的语音

语调,有利于学生语音语调的养成。)

(3) Find the phrases in the conversation.(自己找出短语,体现自主学习,引

导学生注重语言点的学习。)

(4) Read the phrases twice. (巩固短语。)

Step 4. Make a survey.

According the form, interview many students.

设计意图:通过调查,创设情境,达到一般过去时的肯定句和否定句的操练。

(1)Use the structure on the screen to do it in order that the example ca

n help students with tasks well.(给出句型结构,通过例句进行指导,这就

降低了学习难度,从而有利于学生通过交际完成任务。)

(2)Report.(检查一般过去时的肯定句和否定句的运用情况。)

Step 5. Read the passage, and then finish the tasks.

Task 1. Read the passage, and find some new words, and then finish Question

One. (整体感知文章,排除阅读障碍,检查学生对文章的理解情况。)

Task 2. Find the time adverbials of the past continuous tense in the passage.

And then find the sentences of this kind of the tense. (找时间状语,

是为了帮助学生判时态;找过去进行时的句子是为了帮助学生熟悉时态的基本结

构。)

Task 3. Ask some questions. The students had better use what, where or when.

(既考察学生对文章的理解的情况,又练习了过去进行时的特殊疑问句。)

Step 6. Pair work

Task 1.Interview your partner and ask what he/she or his/her family was doi

ng from 8 to 9 yesterday. And then make a conversation after the exam

ple. (创设情境,通过对话,练习特殊疑问句,来达到熟练句型的目的,也有利

于学生交际和沟通能力的培养;给出例句,是为了降低学生学习难度。)

Task 2. Report. (通过汇报,能检查学生听力以及总结的能力。)

Step 7. Homework.

1.Listen to 1a on Page 69 and imitate it.

2.Write a passage about Kangkang according to the pictures on Pa

ge 74.

3.Finish 3 on Page 75.

设计意图:作业1,听力模仿,目的是帮助学生形成良好的语音语调;作业2,

看图写作,训练学生从句过渡到段;作业3,通过文章语境,来判断时态。

反思:通过这节课的学习,大部分同学对过去进行时的意义及构成形式已经熟悉并掌握得差不多了。由于教学设计与教学方法很适合学生,且所讲内容与学生生活贴近,学生很感兴趣,训练了学生的合作精神,因此,教学效果较好,基本达到了目标。

本节课的重点活动是 1a 和 2a

1、语法:掌握形容词比较级和最高级的变化规则及用法。 教 2、功能与话题:谈论大自然的风光:In the countryside, the sky is bluer, and there are greener trees and clearer rivers. 学 3、语言技能:能听懂谈论自然的对话或短文。能用一些简单的英语语句描述和谈论自然。能读 懂自然方面的课外阅读材料。能将学语言组织起来,写出简短的文章。 目 4、情感态度:增加学生热爱自然,保护自然环境的意识。 5、学习策略:善于归纳,总结所学语言知识。 标

Step I Review1. Review some common adjectives, such as: big, small, long, short, blue, etc. 2. Look at the pictures and then compare them: ① The dog is bigger than the mouse. ② The mouse is smaller than the dog. Yao Ming is taller than Ye Li. Ye Li is shorter than Yao Ming. 3、Use the real objects of some rulers to compare. Then lead in the comparative and superlative degree. ① The yellow ruler is longer than the green ruler. ② The green ruler is longer than the red ruler. ③ The red ruler is the shortest of all. 教 (本环节设计由浅入深,逐渐进入主题,通过基础词汇的输入,复习旧单词,引出本 节课形容词的比较级和最高级句型结构)

Step II. Lead in and presentation.1. show some pictures of animals , then learn some new words by using the pictures: cow goose pl. geese rabbit sheep pl. sheep

学 2. Talk about the animals in the picture on Page 78 and then describe them. Discuss in groups. Then use the comparative and superlative degree to compare the animals. e.g.: Look! The hens are much smaller than the cows. Lead the students to say the following sentences : In Picture 1, the air is _fresher_, the river is _clearer_, the sky is _bluer_, and the trees are _greener_. I can enjoy the _nature_ there.
