社区归属感的营造与交往空间设计

摘 要：当前的城市社区中存在着归属感缺失的现象。交往活动是社区归属感形成的必要条件，交往空间为社区归属感的营造提供物质载体。研究交往空间的设计，应分析交往活动的特点，并将其作为设计的依据，提出与之相适应的空间设计原则。通过社区广场、宅前空间、道路、绿化等的设计，构建社区交往空间，培育社区归属感。 关键词：社区；社区归属感；交往空间；设计 检 索：www.artdesign.org.cn

Communication activity is a necessary condition to form the community attachment， and communication space provides material carrier for the building of community attachment.

Therefore， if we want to make studies on the design of communication space， we should analyze the characteristics of communication activities， act it as a basis for the design and then put forward the corresponding designing principles of space. We should build community communication space and develop community attachment by designing the community square， the space before the curtilage， roads and greening.

“社区是指聚居在一定地域范围内的人们所组成的社会生活共同体。”①社区不仅包括居住区的概念，更强调的是具有共同归属感的社会团体。这种归属感是指“社区居民把自己归入某一地域人群集合体的心理状态，这种心理既有对自己社区身份的确认，也带有个体的感情色彩，主要包括对社区的投入、喜爱和依恋等情感。”②居住区是一个城市规划学的概念，而“归属感”则赋予了居住区社会学意义，二者共同构成了“社区”的内涵。由此可见，社区建设不仅是构建物质环境，同样应注重心理环境的营造。
