摘 要 开发乡村旅游对于优化农业经济结构，带动相关产业的发展，转移农村剩余劳动力，增加当地居民的收入，建设社会主义新农村具有及其重要的意义。同时，在乡村旅游的开展过程中，能加强城乡之间文化与信息的交流，缩小城乡差距，促进城乡平衡。因此，乡村旅游逐渐受到关注，也成为众多旅游企业竞相争夺的旅游市场。但目前我国乡村旅游的发展还处于初级阶段，开发过程中还存在诸多问题和不足。 本文从乡村旅游的起源出发，对乡村旅游的概念进行了界定，指出乡村旅游的开发重点是保持“乡村性”，同时引入产业链的观念，通过阐述其在乡村旅游开发过程中的现实意义，论证了运用产业链思维开发乡村旅游的重要性。然后通过对目前我国乡村旅游开发的现状进行研究，系统地归纳出了乡村旅游开发中存在的问题。 最后本文结合产业链的理论，运用产业链思维针对性地提出解决乡村旅游开发过程中相关问题的思路：发挥旅游产业链中政府及各旅游企业的作用，建立乡村旅游产业集群，注重构建多层次、全方位的旅游产品系列，以此来满足乡村旅游者的需求。这是文章中最重要的部分，不仅是改善乡村旅游现状的工具，也是今后开发乡村旅游的方向和策略。 关键词： 乡村旅游 产业链 产业集群 开发策略

Title A Study on Rural Tourism Development Based on Industrial Chain

Abstract The development of rural tourism is very important to optimize the economic structure of agriculture, the development of related industries, the transfer of rural surplus labor, increasing the income of local residents and building a new socialist countryside. At the same time, during the exploitation of rural tourism, it can enhance the cultural and information exchanges between urban and rural areas, narrowing the gap between them and promoting the balance. Therefore, rural tourism attracts more attention, and it has become a competitive tourist market for a great number of tourism enterprises to compete. However, the development of rural tourism in China is still in its initial stage, there are still many problems and shortcomings in its development process. In this paper, the concept of rural tourism has been defined from the origin of rural tourism, then pointing out that the focus of rural tourism development is to maintain the \At the same time, introduce the concept of the industrial chain.Through elaborating its practical significance in the process of the development of rural tourism, proofing the the importance of using the industrial chain thinking during the development of rural tourism. And then through studying the development of rural tourism in China now, systematically sums up the problems and shortcomings in rural tourism development. Finally, combining with the theory of the industrial chain, I suggest several ideas to solve issues of rural tourism development with industry chain thinking: to bring the roles of the Government and tourism enterprises to play in the chain of the tourism industry, to establish rural tourism industrial clusters, pay more attention to building a multi-level, full range of tourism products in order to meet the needs of rural tourists.
