关键词是反映毕业设计（论文）主题内容的名词或术语，是供检索使用的；主题词条应为通用技术词汇，一般为4～6个，排在摘要的下方。关键词间用空格分隔，最后一个词后不打标点符号。

4. 目录

应能完整地反映出毕业设计说明书（论文）装订本的内容，一般按三级标题编写；目录主要由章节号、章节题目和页码组成，要求层次清晰，且要与正文标题一致。主要包括绪论（引言）、正文主题、结论（全文总结）、致谢、参考文献及附录等，页码编排从绪论开始至附录全文结束。

章（一级标题）、节（二级标题）、小节（三级标题）标示格式详见《广西工学院毕业设计（论文）规范化要求》。

本系推荐采用的目录标示格式为：如第三章、第二节、第一小节的标示格式分别以第3章、3.2、3.2.1等依次标出，如下示例：

5. 插图和附表清单

论文中若图表较多，可以分别列出清单置于目录页之后。图、表的清单应有序号、图表题和页码。

6. 注释表

全文中常用的符号、标志、缩略词、首字母缩写、计量单位、名词、术语等的注释说明在注释表中列出，置于图表清单页之后。

符号等注释说明应遵循国家标准和国际惯例，不得任意杜撰。符号表排列顺序按英文字母顺序编排。 （二）主体部分
