（2009年修订）

为了保证毕业设计说明书（论文）的质量，便于毕业设计说明书（论文）的检索、保存与交流，特制定本《广西工学院汽车工程系毕业设计说明书（论文）格式

规范化要求》。

本要求是参照中华人民共和国国家标准《科学技术报告、毕业设计说明书（论文）和学术论文的编写格式》、《文后参考文献著录规则》和《广西工学院毕业设计（论文）规范化要求》制定的，适用于本系学生毕业设计说明书（论文）的编写格式。

一、毕业设计说明书（论文）的构成

毕业设计说明书（论文）一律用中文撰写，毕业设计说明书字数一般为1.5~1.7万字,毕业论文字数一般为2~2.3万字。论文内容应层次分明，数据可靠，文字简练，说明透彻，推理严谨，立论正确。

毕业设计说明书（论文）由三部分组成——前置部分、主体部分、附录部分。

二、毕业设计说明书（论文）内容要求

（一）前置部分

包括封面、中/英文摘要和关键词、目录、插图和附表清单、注释表等。插图和附表清单、注释表可按需列入。

1. 封面

采用教务处统一印制的封面格式打印。封面内容各项必须如实填写完整。 题目：中文标题（包括副题）以不超过20个汉字为宜。题名应避免使用不常见的缩写词、首字母缩写字、字符、代号和公式等。

2. 毕业设计（论文）任务书

采用教务处统一印制的《毕业设计（论文）任务书》格式打印。毕业设计（论文）任务书内容各项必须按照指导教师下达的毕业设计任务如实填写完整（手写签名）。

3. 摘要(包括中文摘要和英文摘要Abstract两部分)与关键词

摘要是设计说明书（论文）内容不加注释和评论的简短陈述，应以第三人称陈述。 摘要应说明本次设计或研究工作的目的、实验研究方法、结果和最终结论等，重点说明毕业设计（论文）的创造性成果或新的见解，语言力求精炼。
