总则

为适应本市经济发展的需要，提高住宅建设水平，满足广

大市民对居住质量、居住功能、居住环境和防火安全的需求，结合本市的实际情况，制定本标准。

本标准适用于本市城镇新建 100m以下商品住宅的设计。

腊、扩建城镇商品隘租赁式公寓和别墅的设计在技术条件相同时也可适用。除应执行本标准中

供家庭居住使用的建筑。套型

由居住空间和厨房、卫生间、贮藏室、阳台等共同组成的基本住宅单位。
