关于我国公务员考核制度的相关探讨

摘 要

公务员考核制度是国家行政机关对公务员的德、能、勤、技、廉和工作态度等进行考察,并做出评价的有关规定的总称。本文对我国现当前公务员的考核制度中存在的问题加以分析 、从中得出考核中出现不公平现象形成的原因,以及杜绝公务员考核制度中不公平现象的发生,应采取的对策与措施。通过全文三大方面的阐述,作者提出了自己的观念,那就是——努力使公务员考核制度化是顺应历史发展趋势的必要举措。

ABSTRACT

Abstract: This article the question which exists on our country present stage official's system of examining and assessment analyzes, obtains in the inspection to present the reason which the unfair phenomenon forms, as well as ceases in the official system of examining and assessment the unfair phenomenon occurrence, should adopt countermeasure and measure. Through the full text three big aspect's elaborations, the author proposed own idea, that is - - causes the official to inspect the institution is diligently complies with the historical development tendency the essential action.
