Hello, Dear teachers and fellow students. It is my honor to behere on this beautiful Friday morning to share with you my view onMe- time. In my opinion， finding me-time is important. With thedevelopment of the modern society, we students in China havemore and more pressure. We have to spare every minute to studyvery hard and join various kinds of out-of-class training courses toimprove ourselves. So we are really in lack of me-time which ishelpful to keep ourselves from being over-stressed、 tired andworried.

I do not have as much fun as before and I always miss mychildhood. Three hours of homework and two piano lessons oneday make me have hardly any me-time to relax myself. I was oncean active basketball player on my school team. But now, basketball,my best friend, I havent touched it for almost two months. Me- timeseems to have become a luxury.

Last week, when I heard there was going to be a basketballmatch between our school and No 1 Middle School, I was soexcited that I rushed home and told my parents the news. I askedmy father, Dad, may I play basketball after school ? The coachsays I am the best guard in our school. If I join the school basketballteam, we are sure to beat No 1 Middle School this time. My fathershowed his dispproval and said, Of course you cant . Imdisappointed at you. Why do you have such a silly idea? Dontforget to work hard on your schoolwork and piano lessons. In myparents points of view, playing basketball is a waste of timeAs far as Im concerned, the school assignment to the juniorschool students is too heavy. To grow into healthy andwell-rounded adults, we should be allowed to have more me-timefor relaxation. The pressure put on our students by excessiveschoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physicallyand mentally.

My dear teachers, I hope you can assign less homework sowe students can enjoy a period of me-time. My dear parents, wouldyou please not follow me and remind me of study all the time?Please trust me that I will do my best. My dear friends, why not stopfor a while from your heavy homework and do anything you like? Itsme-time. I do think, that a reduction of the current heavy load wouldbe beneficial to us students and to the society as a whole. Findingme-time will make our life rich, colorful and rewardingThank you foryour attention
